About Me

I’m originally from Cambridge. After taking art at A level, I did an Art foundation course in my gap year. Currently, I’m pursuing a degree in Art History and English Literature at the University of Glasgow. I have always had a passion for art, with a particular love for painting that started in my childhood.

I’ve been fortunate to receive several commissions for pet portraits, as well as requests for pieces featuring flowers, fauna, landscapes, and even a mural on a restaurant wall. Additionally, I’ve enjoyed creating and selling a few clay pieces, which were a joy to make.

How I got into painting pet portraits

While studying for my A Levels, our family friends kindly offered their dining room for me to use during the day, sparing me the commute from home to college between classes.

One day, their cat Mitzi kept me company, so I decided to draw her as a thank-you gift for my hosts. They were so encouraging about the sketch that they even had it framed. They then recommended me to a friend, who requested a portrait of their own cat, which I was happy to create. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to do more pet portraits.
